University Point consists of 4 separate apartments, each apartment has 3-4 suites and every suite has its own private bathroom but shares a kitchen, living room and laundry with other residents in the apartment. There will be no more than 4 residents per apartment.
Every apartment also has its own laundry room. There is no extra charge for using the laundry facilities. Additionally, each apartment is fully equipped with all new stainless steel appliances including stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
